Pictures from Colorado

Hello girls!

I am finally getting around to posting some pictures. These were taken way back when Zack and I went to Colorado in August. I will post some spring time pictures soon. I will also share all my pictures that I took in Italy last year and some from Spain as well. I miss you both!

This is at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.  It is a very famous concert venue in Colorado.

 This was Zack's first hike ever. We went on a short hike in the Flatirons in Boulder, CO.

 This is a short video I took on our drive in Estes Park.

 This was taken on our first stop inside the Rocky Mountain Nation Park. The pictures don't do it justice. It is a really huge place.

This was our second hike. We started at the top of a mountain. We were above where trees have enough oxygen to grow, and then we hiked all the way down to a valley with a like.

There were little pools of water along the way. Beyond this pool of water is a big drop into a valley. 

 Zack spotted an elk on our hike back up. He was huge.

 This is from our third hike up to Long's Peak. We didn't go all the way to the peak though because it would have taken over 6 hours just to get there. It is a very dangerous hike with lots of small pathways and cliffs.

 This was my last video that I took as we drove out of the mountains and back home.

I wanna start off by saying that this is the best idea ever and I just love the concept behind it!
So, today, while I was walking through the streets of the city centre of Oxford, I noticed that what I was walking towards looked beautiful. It really did and I felt happy and content with where I am at right now, which is something that's not always easy.
While I was walking and thinking of this, I thought "I should take a picture of this and share it with them on the blog"... so here is the picture!
It also goes well with Bianca's desire of showing each other beautiful landscapes or places we've been to lately. Well, Oxford is my choice for this!
Sam, you would definitely enjoy Oxford more than you did Leeds! :)

P.S.: obviously, this picture doesn't do it justice! I just wish we could take pictures with our own eyes to be able to actually show people what we were looking at! But I guess this'll do! :)
